General Policies and Good Behavior for Staying at Bule Villas

Welcome to Bule Villas, where we strive to provide a serene and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following general policies and guidelines for good behavior.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate arriving later than 6:00 PM so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Check-Out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please contact us in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, it is subject to availability.

Respect for Other Guests

To maintain a peaceful environment, we request that you respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening and early morning hours. Avoid loud conversations, music, or any other activities that may disturb others.

Cleanliness and Housekeeping

We take pride in the cleanliness of Bule Villas and kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining it:

• Daily Housekeeping: Our housekeeping staff will clean your bungalow daily between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If you prefer not to be disturbed, please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign.

• Waste Disposal: Please use the bins provided for waste and recyclables. Do not litter on the property grounds.

• Damage and Breakage: Accidents happen. If you break or damage anything, please inform us immediately so we can arrange for repairs or replacements. Significant damages may incur additional charges.

Use of Facilities

Swimming Pool: Our swimming pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please shower before entering the pool and refrain from using it if you have open wounds or infections. Children must be supervised at all times.

Common Areas: Be considerate when using common areas such as the gardens, lounge, and dining areas. Clean up after yourself and avoid leaving personal items unattended.

Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking: Bule Villas is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bungalows and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available; please ask our staff for directions.

Alcohol: Guests are welcome to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Please refrain from excessive drinking that may lead to disruptive behavior. Any form of disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.

Pets

We love pets, but to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed at Bule Villas. Service animals are exempt from this policy with prior notification and documentation.

Safety and Security

Personal Belongings: Please keep your valuables secure. Bule Villas is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Emergency Contact: In case of emergency, please contact the front desk immediately. For medical emergencies, call the local emergency services at 911.

Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to sustainable practices and encourage our guests to join us in conserving resources:

• Water Conservation: Use water sparingly and report any leaks or issues to our staff.

• Energy Efficiency: Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when not in use.

• Towel and Linen Reuse: If you wish to reuse your towels and linens, please hang them up. Towels left on the floor will be replaced.
